The fifth stage in TML Business Services' Accela Project Methodology is User Acceptance Testing.
User Acceptance Testing is designed to test the software as configured, as well as validate that the interfaces are functioning properly and that reports are generating when and how required. Validation of interfaces and report design is done by comparing the interface or report specifications documents with the actual output.
The documents employed during UAT will be the Test Interupt Report, and the Change Request. During this stage, the Test Interupt Report will be utilized to describe report data that is not correct, and interface requirements that are not being met. All other changes will be recorded on the Change Request form.
Just as in the Base User Acceptance Testing stage, TML Business Services' Accela Project Methodology allows for continued testing and validation after the workshops are completed. During this time, I work with your team on the completion of the training documentation that will be employed in the training stage.
