The sixth stage in TML Business Services' Accela Project Methodology is the Training stage.
TML Business Services employs an apprenticeship model to all projects. This facilitates a natural transfer of knowledge, where information is shared throughout the entire project life cycle.
In addition to this, stage 6 of TML Business Services' methodology includes module and application specific training sessions and/or administrator training for your staff members as appropriate. This essential training includes custom training manuals complete with exercises to help students retain the information presented.
