I have over 20 years of project management experience. My most recent project has been the successful Go-Live of a multi-phased software implementation project at the City of Madison, Wisconsin and another at the City of Grand Rapids, Michigan. I have also managed multi-site branch operations development projects, manufacturing software implementation and enhancement projects, logistics systems design projects, and many others.

I employ generally accepted project management principles - those that are recognized by the Project Management Institute as bringing the most value and highest level of accountability to my clients' projects. The key to my success has been my ability to communicate with all levels of the organization on a consistent schedule and with the level of specificity required to meet their needs.
