TML Business Services LLC Helps Newegg Discover Solutions to Distribution System Roadblocks
LOS ANGELES (August 8, 2008) - TML Business Services LLC conducted a three-day workshop on distribution center operations for Newegg's system analysis team that lead to the discovery of information that this online retailer previously had thought unavailable. The discussion lead to the creation of strategic plans to immediately implement process improvements that will have positive, far-reaching results for this growing organization.
On the third day of the course an analysis session was held to help the participants develop an action plan for implementing the processes discussed during the course. During this planning phase it was discovered that some of the information previously thought unavailable could be obtained from sources already in place. A participant told the presenter, "This three day course on distribution operations has helped us validate our assumptions about distribution center operations best practices, and has helped us identify ways to immediately improve our operation. We really appreciate the time you took to develop this course for us, and your ability to give us a good understanding of how each function ties into the larger operation."
