Business Process and Software Implementation
Whether you are implementing an ERP software suite or a new business process, this step is the realization of the discovery, analysis, simulation, and design work you have done.
If I am implementing a new or revised business process, I will follow the steps outlined in the System Design Specifications document or Software Implementation Configuration document. This may include any of the following activities:

Demonstrating Processes Operate as Designed
The output that will come from these activities will normally be one or more of the following:
- » Signed Deliverable Acceptance
- » Validated Test Documents
- » Installation Documentation
- » User Documentation
- » As-Built Configuration Documentation
