LOS ANGELES (August 8, 2008) - TML Business Services LLC conducted a three-day workshop on distribution center operations that lead to the discovery of information that this online retailer previously had thought unavailable. The discussion lead to the creation of strategic plans to immediately implement process improvements that will have positive, far reaching results for this growing organization.

An analysis session was held on the third day of the course to help the participants develop an action plan for implementing the processes discussed during the course. During this planning phase it was discovered that some of the information previously thought unavailable could be obtained from other sources already in place.
