I have over 20 years of project management experience in areas ranging from software implementation support to multi-site integrated logistics operations and lean business unit development. My most recent projects have been the successful Phase II Go-Live of the Accela Automation government software suite at the City of Madison, Wisconsin while simultaneously managing the successful Go-Live of the same software package for the County of Dane, Wisconsin and acting as strategic advisor to three new businesses. The roles I played in each project differed; however, the outcomes were the same. Customers are satisfied that their needs have or are being met, and in the case of the software implementations, that the unique testing methodology and solid project management skills I employed made for successful projects.
