TML Business Services is a management consulting firm that specializes in strategic analysis of my clients' overall operational health. I work with my clients to develop strategic plans that range from high level company wide plans to individual plans. My mission is to help business and governmental agencies meet their immediate and long term strategic goals through the application of lean and six sigma techniques.
TML Business Services was formed in 1998 by two partners, Lincoln and Terrie Bittner. Lincoln had been one of the founding members of a third-party logistics company, and spent more than 11 years building this operation. After the company was sold he went into the exciting world of management consulting. After helping to get TML Business Services off to a good start, Terrie started her own company focused on her own area of expertise. Family Friendly Content provides quality content and optimization for websites.
The mission of TML Business Services has always been simple: To help business and government agencies reduce the costs associated with waste, rework and errors through the application of lean six sigma techniques. What started out as a way to help start up businesses become profitable turned into a strategic management consulting firm as customers sought out the company's advice about how to handle some of their more complex organizational and sales and operations issues.
Since this humble beginning, Lincoln has gone on to consult with companies and government agencies in the areas of:
