TML Business Services was formed in 1998 by two partners, Lincoln and Terrie Bittner. Lincoln had been one of the founding employees of a third-party contract administration and logistics company, and spent more than 11 years building this operation. After the company was sold he went into the exciting world of management consulting.

The mission of the company has always been simple: to help business and governmental agencies meet their immediate and long term goals through the application of advanced analytical techniques. What started out as a way to share the lessons learned during many years of management turned into a strategic management consulting firm as customers sought out the company's advice about how to handle some of their more complex operational issues.

Since this humble beginning, we have gone on to consult with companies and government agencies in the areas of:
