• Analysis - During the analysis phase, we carefully document every process currently being employed and the business rules behind these processes
• Simulation - This process is designed to model and test the theories identified during analysis through real-world simulation
• Design - The information collected in the first two stages will allow us to work with management to design a comprehensive plan that can be used to guide your company or agency to achievieng its goals
• Implementation - We will work with your team to implement the project plan.
• Knowledge Transfer - During the implementation process we will work with your staff to transfer the knowledge necessary to support the initiatives implemented.
