TML Business Services' Project Methodology
TML Business Services employs a six stage project methodology.
Stage 1 - Discovery - This process is also known as preliminary analysis. I will meet with you to discuss your goals and get an overview of your company.- Stage 2 - Analysis - During the analysis phase, I carefully document every process currently being employed and the business rules behind these processes. I then work with you and your subject matter experts to develop operational theories to be considered for implementation.
- Stage 3 - Simulation - During this stage I work with your subject matter experts to model and test the theories identified during analysis through real-world simulation.
- Stage 4 - Design - The information collected in the first two stages will allow me to work with management and subject matter experts to design processes that will reduce costs and leverage your human and physical assets.
- Stage 5 - Implementation - I will work with your team to implement processes developed during the design stage. This process commonly includes the delivery of hands-on training in either train-the-trainer or train-the-user sessions.
- Stage 6 - Knowledge Transfer - I employ an apprenticeship model to all of my engagements as demonstrated by the proceeding stages of the project. By working closely with your staff to design and implement the processes used to reduce costs and monitor processes, they will be properly prepared to support the rest of your teams as they continue to practice the principles taught during the course of the project.
