TML Business Services'
Accela Project Methodology (TIM)

TML Employs a Six-Stage Accela Implementation Methodology

Stage 1 - Discovery - During this phase I perform a project assessment, define the high-level scope of the project, interview stakeholders, identify and document high level risks, assumptions, and constraints, and then develop and obtain approval of the project charter and statement of work.

Stage 2 - Analyze & Prototype - During the analysis phase, TML carefully documents every process currently being employed and the business rules behind these processes. As we work together, we will prototype the application(s) to be implemented, allowing us to validate the theories being presented.

Stage 3 - Build - During this phase, the process to be implemented is being completed. Any additional technical work that is to be completed, such as EMSE scripting is applied.

Stage 4 - Base Test - TML Business Services LLC employs a unique testing process. Base testing provides proof of functionality before reports are written and interfaces developed. This promotes user buy-in and keeps subject matter experts engaged.

Stage 5 - Final Testing (UAT) - Once all of the components of the project are completed, there needs to be a final testing period. During this testing period, we will test reports, interfaces, and overall business practices before going live with your application.

Stage 6 - Training - TML employs an apprenticeship model to all engagements. This ensures that subject matter experts have a good understanding of the capabilities of Accela Automation. To help daily users gain experience and understanding, TML provides module and record specific training to agency staff.

TML has extensive experience implementing record types in many different Accela Automation modules.
