Our Founders

Terrie Bittner : Chairman and CEO.

Terrie has been a senior manager for two online companies, including the second largest women’s site on the Internet. She has experience managing employees from a distance, including those she has never met in person. She is an author who has written a book on education that was featured at the Book Fair 2005 held in the Javits Center in New York, and has developed and taught online courses. Terrie has extensive experience training and managing volunteers. She writes a column on family life and has taught many courses on personal development.

Lincoln Bittner : President

Lincoln Bittner is a professional strategic operations consultant who has worked with both regulated and non-regulated companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises in several industries. His most recent engagement has been with a public relations firm based out of New York with offices in the United States, United Kingdom, and Singapore.

Lincoln has worked in a management role in various industries for over 20 years. He worked his way up from blue-collar to senior management, and was promoted into management prior to pursuing a college degree at the University of California at Riverside. It is this background that allows him to understand the unique challenges and needs of the managers to whom we provide strategic operations consulting and other services. Lincoln has also worked as an executive coach to small and mid-size business owners and managers.

Lincoln attended the University of California at Riverside where he majored in business management. He has written a monthly column for a professional on-line magazine focusing on the needs of new managers, and has been interviewed and published by professional trade publications both in the United States and abroad. Lincoln is also an accomplished photographer, and has recently had some of his pictures published in books based around historical incidents in the United States.

Lincoln is certified by the International Association of Information Technology Trainers and has taught courses in the use of Visual Manufacturing ERP software, Microsoft Office Suite Applications including Info Path, Map It, and Front Page, SAP (2 versions), Dreamweaver, and several proprietary applications.

Lincoln is skilled at mapping user processes and creating training curriculum and supporting materials so that his students will retain the information presented long enough to become skilled in the applicaitons being taught.

Lincoln develops and presents on-site seminars, provides operations consulting and business-to-business services, designs web pages for small to medium sized businesses, and consults in the area of search engine marketing.
