TML Business Services can develop a site for your small to medium sized business for less than the cost of a large developer. Our team includes internet specialists with skills in web site design and search engine marketing. This combination, along with more than 25 years of operations experience, gives us an edge when it comes to helping you market your business while maintaining a budget during the process. HistoryTML Business Services was formed in 1998 by two partners, Lincoln and Terrie Bittner. Lincoln had been one of the founding employees of a third-party contract administration and logistics company, and spent more than 10 years building this operation. After the company was sold he went into the exciting world of operations consulting. The mission of the company is simple: to help good companies become strong companies through the application of strategic operational practices. What started out as a way to share the lessons learned during many years of management turned into a strategic operations consulting firm as customers sought out the company's advice about how to handle some of their more complex operational issues. Since this humble beginning, Lincoln has gone on to consult with companies in the areas of multi-site operations integration, integrated supply-chain logistics, large scale document management and imaging, customer service in B2B and B2C environments including retail, offshore, and international settings, dispatching and scheduling, transportation management, site build-out including technology integration and environmental studies coordination, transitioning from legacy to ERP systems, quality system implementation, process excellence, executive coaching, and many other areas. Terrie's background is in management and training through the Internet and print. She recently retired from running the training program for a large women's internet site to focus her full attention on our business. With over 25 years of experience providing workforce development, logistics consulting, process improvement, business consulting, volunteer management, software training, and executive coaching services, TML offers a solid background in helping companies achieve their objectives. Unlike many consultants, TML has practical, real-world experience and hands-on knowledge to support the services being provided and subjects being taught. |
